Chicken cutlets, pounded
Bread Crumbs
Meunster cheese
1/4 Cup White Wine
Directions:
Directions:
Pre Heat the oven to 350
Coat the cutlets in the breadcrumbs and place on a baking sheet
bake for 15 minutes
Place meunster cheese on each cutlet, add the wine to the pan and bake an additional 15 minutes. Enjoy!
