1/2 c. Smart Balance Omega Plus Buttery Spread
3/4 c. Nutra Sweet
3/4 c. Splenda
4 to 5 T. dark molasses
1 egg
1 T. skim milk
1 c. flour (any whole grain flour or combination will do.)
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. double acting baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 T. psylium seed hull powder
1 c. quick oatmeal
1/2 c. wheat bran flakes
1/2 c. raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Blend together first 6 ingredients with mixer; set aside. Combine remaining ingredients and add to previous mixture; mix well. The consistency should be that of a soft cookie dough, a bit heavy and pasty; sticking to your fingers or to a spoon. Add more liquid (oil, milk or water) if the dough is too dry. Place 1 to 2 T. sized dough blobs on canola oil coated baking sheets. Bake 10 to 15 min. until golden brown. Yield: 20 cookies.
