1 box German Chocolate cake mix
1 c. chopped pecans
1/3 c. evaporated milk (additional ½ c. set aside)
½ butter, melted
60 caramels
1/3 c. chocolate chips
¼ c. powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cake mix, pecans, 1/3 c. evaporated milk and melted butter. Stir until totally combined. Press ½ mixture into a well-greased 9 x 9 baking pan. Bake 8-10 minutes at 350º. Remove and set aside. Melt caramels with ½ c. evaporated milk. Pour over brownie base. Sprinkle chocolate chips over caramel. Spread remaining dough over caramel and chocolate chips. Bake 20-25 minutes. Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate. Sprinkle powdered sugar just before serving.
