2 c sugar
1 c oil
3 eggs
2 c grated zucchini
1 T vanilla
2 c flour
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 T cinnamon
1 cup nuts, chopped
Directions:
Directions:
Mix together sugar, oil, eggs, zucchini and vanilla and then add in remaining ingredients. Put in 2 loaf pans and bake at 350 for 1 hour.
