3 ripe avacados
1 clove garlic, minced
1 T lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp finely chopped jalapeno (optional)
Directions:
Directions:
Mash avacados, add garlic, lemon juice, jalapeno and salt and mix well.

??spread mayo on top and refrigerate until ready to serve. Before service mix in the mayo.
