1 pkg tortillas
2 (8 ounce) containers low fat cream cheese
1/4 c chopped green olives
1/2 c chopped green onion
1/2 cup finely chopped green pepper
1/2 cup finely chopped red pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Spread think layer of cream cheese on tortilla, sprinkle with olives, onions and peppers. Tightly roll up the tortilla. Wrap in plastic wrap. Repeat for each tortilla. refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight. Cut into bite size pieces and serve.
