1/2 c. butter
1 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
2/3 c. sugar
3 extra-large eggs
2 medium bananas, mashed
2/3 c. sour cream
2-1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1-1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1-1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. fresh or thawed and drained frozen blueberries

Heat oven to 350º. Line 12 medium muffin cups with paper baking cups or lightly grease. In large bowl, beat together butter and sugars until fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in bananas and sour cream. In medium bowl, mix flour, cinnamon, baking powder, and baking soda. Gradually add to banana mixture, mixing just until dry ingredients are moistened. Do not overmix. Stir in vanilla. Fold in blueberries. Spoon into muffin cups. Bake 15-18 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand a few minutes before removing from pan.
