9 inch pie shell
4 oz shredded cheese
2 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. chicken bouillon 2 cups cubed turkey
1 cup milk
3 eggs, beaten
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 tbsp. chopped pimento
2 tbsp. chopped green pepper
Can of French Fried Onions

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º. Bake pie shell for 8 mins. Remove from oven and reduce heat to 350º. Toss cheese with flour and bouillon. Add turkey, milk, eggs, onions, peppers and pimentos. Mix well. Pour into baked pie shell. Bake for 40 mins or until set. If desired top with a can of French Fried onions. Let stand 10 mins before serving.
