1-1/2 kg lean ground beef
1/2 kg mushrooms, sliced
2 medium onions, sliced
3 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
1 packages Instant bouillon
1 packages Cream of Mushroom soup mix
8 oz sour cream mix
680 g package wide noodles

Fry beef, rinse with hot water, dehydrate and package
Saute mushrooms, onions, and garlic, dehydrate and package
Dehydrate sour cream

Preparation:
Re-hydrate ground beef with boiling water and bouillon packages
Mix mushroom sour mix with 1 c hot water, add mushrooms,onions, & garlic
Combine meat and mushroom mixtures and simmer for 15 minutes
Add salt and pepper to taste
Cook noodles in separate pot
Re-hydrate sour cream mix with cold water
Stir meat and cooked noodles together.
Add sour cream and serve
