3 lb ground beef....use 70/30, not lean because korv will be dry!
3 lb white peeled potatoes
3 large yellow onions...NOT sweet onions
1 T. salt
1 tsp. pepper
pork casing, soaked in hot water and then rinsed inside under faucet

Directions:
Directions:
Cut peeled potatoes into smaller pieces and grind in food processor (chunky) or food grinder.

Grind onion, add salt and pepper, add to potatoes and mix.

Add beef to onion/potato mixture.....best way to mix together is with hands...better to use latex gloves to keep nails clean:)

Stuff casings with korv mixture using a sausage stuffer.

Cook in coils in pan with water added to baking dish 1/2 way up sausage side.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hr to 1 1/2 hrs until done. Pierce with fork at intervals about 1/2 hour in.

Freezes well.
