1/2 cup chopped onion
1 tbsp butter
1 cup busquick
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/3 cup milk
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 egg, slightly beaten
poppy seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions in butter until onion is clear. Combine Bisquick,1/2 cup cheese and milk. This will be sticky. Knead ten times, adding in small bits of flour if too sticky. Butter a 8-9" pie pan and your hands. Spread the mixture into the pan. Combine remaining cheese and egg, spreading it on top along with the buttered onions. Top with poppy seeds. Baking at 425ºF for 20 minutes
