Dry cake ingredients
2 c all purpose flour
1/2 c maple sugar
1/2 c brown sugar
3 tsp baking powder
4 tsp instant apple cider powder
2 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp salt

Spice mix-topping
1 c brown sugar
1/2 c maple sugar
3 tsp cinnamon

Other ingredients
2-1/2 c dried apple slices
1 c pecans
2/3 c vegetable oil
Egg re-placer equivalent to 4 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry cake ingredients and package in bag
Mix spice mix topping ingredients and store in separate bag
Store apples in separate bag
Store pecans in separate bag
Store egg re-placer in separate bag (note how much water is required to re-hydrate
Pack oil in separate container

Preparation
Re-hydrate apple slices with some boiling water
Grease bottom of 12" Dutch oven with some of the oil
Place apples in bottom of greased Dutch oven
Top apples with pecans and half of the spice mix
Re-hydrate the eggs with required amount of water
Combine dry cake ingredients with eggs, 1 c water, remaining oil, and mix well
Pour batter on top of apples and pecans
Sprinkle remaining spice mix on top
Bake in Dutch oven from top and bottom
