3 eggs
1 cup corn oil
1 3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
2 cups flour
1 cup chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups sliced apples
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Prepare a 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Blend eggs, corn oil, and sugar together, add salt, cinnamon, baking soda and flour mixing together until blended. Add nuts vanilla and apples stirring to blend. Pour into dish and bake 25 - 35 mins. No frosting necessary.
