1/2 c. Butter
1/2 c. warm milk
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 c. sour cream
2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
32 oz. pkg. southern style hash browns, thawed
1/2 c. crushed cornflakes
2 T. melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together hash browns, 1/2 c. Butter, milk, onion, sour cream and cheese; spread evenly in an 9x13" baking dish. Add cornflakes and melted butter evenly over top. Bake at 375º F for ~1.25 hours.
