Ingredients:  
2 cups white sugar
1 cup white corn syrup
1 cup cold water
2 cups raw peanuts
1 tsp vanilla
2 tsp baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sugar, syrup and water to 235º. Takes about 1/2 hour.

Add peanuts and cook till syrup is light brown 300º. Takes about 45 minutes.

Take off and stir in vanilla, baking soda. Stir quickly as soda causes foaming and expands. Pour onto 3 ft x 2 ft butter foil or cooking sheets that are buttered. Spread quickly into thin sheets as think as you can with a spoon or spatula. CAREFUL its hot!
