1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup shortening
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/1 cup peanut butter
1 egg
1 1/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
Directions:
Directions:
Mix the butter, shortening, sugars, peanut butter and egg. Add flour, baking powder and salt stir well.

Bake at 350º until light brown.
