1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup sugar
1 cup butter
1 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
4 1/4 cups flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp soda
1 tsp cream of tarter
Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugars, butter and oil. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Add dry ingredients a little at a time.

Roll into a ball the size of a walnut. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and press with a glass dipped in sugar.

Bake 350º for 8 to 10 min or until light brown.
