1 1/2 cups Basmati rice (this recipe is for Basmati rice only)
3 cups water
2 chicken bouillon cubes
palm full chopped cilantro
1 lime

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium saucepan add water and bouillon cubes, bring to a boil. Turn heat to medium high and add rice. Cook for four minutes. Turn heat off, leaving pan on burner and squeeze the juice of one lime into pot, cover for five minutes. After five minutes, stir and add cilantro. If the rice is still watery, let it sit longer until absorbed.
