Sauce:

1/2 cup ketcup
4 tsp soya sauce
1/2 tsp salt
2 Tbsp sugar
1 1/2 tsp sesame oil
dash of cayenne pepper or tabasco sauce
1/2 cup chicken broth

3 chicken breasts
Flour
1 cup cashews
Rice

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all the sauce ingredients together. Set aside.

Cut chicken into bite size pieces. Lightly dust with flour and brown lightly in oil in frying pan.

Put in casserole, add sauce plus cashews.

Bake about 1/2 hour at 325º

Serve over rice.
