Onion
Celery
Fresh mushrooms
1 cup beef bouillon
1 egg
Bread cubes
Poultry seasoning
Sage
Salt and pepper
Rouladen beef

Directions:
Directions:
In butter sauté onion, celery and mushrooms until tender. Meanwhile add egg to bread in a small bowl. Add spices. Add sautéed veggies to bread and mix.

Put mixture in beef, roll up and tie with string. Fry all sides and brown. Move to casserole dish . In same pan as sautéed veggies fry more onions in butter. Add 1 cup bouillon, stir to remove little bits. Pour over beef and bake (covered) at 350º for about 45 minutes. Remove meat and thicken gravy.

Remove cover last 10 minutes to brown more.
