1 large 6 oz Blackberry or Black Cherry gelatin mix
2 c. hot water
1 can (21 oz.) blueberries with juice
1 can (8 oz.) crushed pineapple with juice

Topping:
1 package (8oz.) cream cheese
1/2 pint (1 cup) sour cream
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
chopped nuts optional

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 4 ingredients together and refrigerate in a 9x13 pan until it sets. Whip topping for 5 min (very important - set a timer). Pour over gelatin mixture and s
sprinkle with nuts.

Cut in squares and serve on dessert plates. This can be a great dessert or side.
