3 - 8 oz. cream cheese - room temperature
4 egg whites - room temperature
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Topping: 2 c. sour cream
4 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Graham cracker crust in a 10" springform pan.
1-1/4 c. graham cumbs
1/4 c. unsalted butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Mix crust ingredients & line a 10" spring form pan.

Filling: Cream cheese to soften. Beat egg whites until stiff. Blend in sugar & vanilla. Mix beaten cream cheese with egg white mixture. Pour over crust. Bake at 350 F for 25 minutes. Remove from oven, turn oven up to 450 F. Spread topping over top & return to oven to bake 5-8 minutes longer. Chill at least 3 hrs., or overnight is better.
