Can of Cocktail Peanuts, chopped
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups white Karo syrup
2 cubes of butter
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Box of Rice Chex
Directions:
Directions:
Boil sugar, syrup, butter and vanilla for 2 min. Pour over Rice Chex along with nuts.
Spread out on cupboard? (That's what Mom wrote!) Maybe wax paper or parchment paper underneath or non-stick cookie sheet? Cool. Break apart.
