1-1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. butter, softened
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. coarsely chopped peanuts

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon & salt in small bowl. Beat butter, brown sugar, sugar & peanut butter in large mixer bowl until creamy. Beat in egg & vanilla. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in chips & nuts. Drop dough by rounded tablespoons onto ungreased baking sheets. Press down slightly to flatten into 2" circles. Bake in preheated 375 F oven for 7-10 minutes or until edges are set but centers are still soft. Let stand for 4 minutes: remove to wire racks to cool completely.
