6-8 whole boneless chicken breasts
2 large onions - chopped fine
2 bell peppers - chopped fine
sliced mushrooms - as many as preferred
1 c. butter
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 can diced Rotel tomatoes
1 can water chestnuts - drained
2 lb. Velveeta cheese - cubed
15 oz. spaghetti noodles
1 c. frozen peas

Cook chicken breasts in 2 qts. water seasoned with salt & pepper. Save broth. While chicken is cooking, saute onions, bell peppers & mushrooms in melted butter. Set aside. After chicken has cooled, cube it. To the 2 qts. chicken broth, add Worcestershire sauce & Rotel tomatoes. Bring to boil & add pasta & cook until tender (do not drain). Add sauteed vegetables to pasta & cheese last. 15 minutes before serving, add peas.
