3 lbs chicken wings

Marinade:
1 Tbsp salt
1 Tsp sugar
1 Tbsp smoked paprika
2 limes, juiced
½ cup olive oil

Sauce:
½ cup sriracha
1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 Tbsp honey
3 Tbsp butter
1 lime zest
½ tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Make marinade and place in plastic bag. Add chicken wings and marinate for 1 to 2 hours. Preheat oven to 350ºF. Spread wings on nonstick baking pan with remaining marinade, and bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until cooked through. Make sauce by combining all ingredients in a saucepan and heat and whisk occcasionlly until butter is melted. Season with salt and add more honey, if desired. Pour sauce over the wings and toss to evenly coat the wings. Garnish with cilantro leaves, lime wedges and sliced jalapenos ,if desired.
Note: If you like extra crispy wings, you can deep fry the wings after baking them in the oven for 20 minutes and cooling them slightly. The sauce would be added after the deep frying.
