1 lb fish
½ cup gluten free flour
½ cup cornstarch
½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp sugar
½ tsp cayenne powder
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp salt
½ bottle gluten free beer
Oil for frying

Directions:
Directions:
Combine dry ingredients. Add about half a bottle of beer and whisk until smooth. The batter should have the consistency of whipping cream.
Lightly coat fish with extra flour that is seasoned with salt.
Dip fillets into batter and fry in hot oil until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
