1 whole chicken, cut into pieces
1 ¼ tsp salt
2 Tbsp oil
1 sweet onion, diced
1 sweet pepper
1 Tbsp cornstarch
2 Tbsp paprika
¼ tsp cayenne
2 cups gluten free chicken broth
2 medium tomatoes, chopped
1 cup sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Gluten free noodles, cooked.
Fry chicken in oil until golden brown and season with salt. Remove chicken and
place in a casserole dish. Sauté the onion and pepper. Add the other ingredients, except the sour cream and noodles and pour over the chicken. Cover and bake at 325ºF for 45 minutes. Stir in the sour cream. Serve over the cooked noodles.
