Crust:
1 readymade chocolate crumb pie crust
Filling:
20 marshmallows
¼ cuo milk
½ pint (1 cup) whipping cream
7 tsp crème de menthe or 1/3 tsp mint extract
4-6 drops of green food coloring

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, melt the marshmallows and milk over low heat or in the microwave. Cool to room temperature.
In a separate bowl, whip the whipping cream and crème de menthe or mint extract. Add a few drops of green food coloring if desired.
Blend marshmallow mix into the cream thoroughly.
Pour into the crust. Cover with the plastic top.
Freeze for 24 hours. Serves 8
