Ingredients:
Ingredients:
3 heaping tablespoons of grated cheese (marble or cheddar)
2 slices of bread (any type – even gluten free!)
1 Tbsp of margarine or butter

Directions:
Directions:
In a non-stick skillet on medium heat, sprinkle a heaping tablespoon full of grated marble or cheddar cheese in an area the size of a piece of bread. Place the buttered side of the piece of bread on the melting cheese and sprinkle another heaping tablespoon of grated cheese onto the unbuttered side of the bread that is facing up. Place the second piece of buttered bread onto the cheese with buttered side facing up and sprinkle the remaining grated cheese over the buttered side of the bread. Cover for a minute so that the cheese on top melts to make it easier to flip. After a minute or so, check to see that the bottom is nicely grilled and flip the sandwich over in order to grill the second side for a minute or so. Voila! You have inside-out grilled cheese.
For a Monte Cristo sandwich, just add sliced ham or Cajun chicken breast to the centre of the sandwich.
