2 steaks

A pat of butter
1 heaping tsp sugar
2 sliced shallots
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
3/4 c. balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp dijon mustard
1/4 tsp allspice
2/3 c. ketchup
1/4 c. honey

Directions:
Directions:
Start making the sauce before grilling the steak.

Simmer the balsamic vinegar, ketchup, honey, shallots, Worcestershire sauce, dijon, allspice and more salt and pepper to taste for about 15 minutes. Strain if it's lumpy but if not, whisk in the butter. Keep warm until the steak is done.

Preheat a grill until it's very hot and lightly oil. Season 2 inch (or thicker) steaks with salt and pepper. Pull steak when it reaches 128 degrees and let it rest with loosely tented foil over it.

Serve the sauce with the steak and enjoy!
