1 pound ground beef
1 cup hot water
2 cups milk
1 1/2 cups elbow macaroni

Sauce packet:
1 tablespoon corn starch
2 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger meat. Once done add all ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and cook for approx. 12 minutes. Stir in 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded, near the end. Stir and when melted, its ready to eat.
