6-8 frozen chicken tenders
1 can cream of potato soup
2 cans chicken broth
1 can mexicorn (Green Giant)
1 can green chillies
1 can diced tomatoes
1 taco seasoning packet
dried cilantro

1 cup sour cream
1 cup cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except cheese and sour cream in a crockpot. Cook on high for four hours. Before serving, take out chicken and cut into chunks and add cheese. Before adding the sour cream, temper it by adding 1/2 c. of the soup to it. Serve with tortilla strips, avocado, cilantro, or a squeeze of lime.
