2 ½ lbs. ham
2 lbs. pork
1 lb. ground beef
3 eggs
2 C. milk
3 C. graham crackers (crushed)

Sauce:
2 cans tomato soup
2 ¼ C. brown sugar
¾ C. vinegar
2 T. dry mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Have meat ground together at the store or use store mix. Add to meat eggs, milk, and graham crackers. Mix well and make into rolls using ½ cup. Mix sauce ingredients and pour over ham rolls. Baste occasionally while baking. Bake 1 hr. at 325º. Makes 25-30 rolls which may be frozen either before or after baking.
