Cake batter:
3 eggs
3/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2/3 cup pumpkin (Libby's)
1 cup sugar
1 tsp baking soda
Filling:
3 tbsp butter
8 oz. cream cheese
1/4 tsp vanilla
1 cup powdered sugar

Directions:
Grease 10X15 cookie sheet. Line with parchment paper. Mix cake batter ingredients, pour onto cookie sheet. Bake at 375 for 15 min. Turn onto a powdered sugar dish towel. Roll up and let cool.
Mix filling ingredients till smooth. Unroll cake. Spread onto cake and roll up. Refrigerate.
