1 large ricotta (3 lbs)
1 16 oz. mozzarella
3/4 cup grated cheese
2 eggs
4 slices salami diced (optional)
parsley
pinch salt
2 lbs shells

Directions:
Directions:
Boil shells a few minutes to soften but ensure still semi-hard

Mix all ingredients together and stuff shells, line pan with sauce, place shells in pan topped with small amount of sauce and bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes
