1 lb. Ground Beef
2 Cloves Garlic
1/4 Chopped Onion
8 oz. Tomato Sauce
6 oz. Tomato Paste
1 Can Tomatoes (2 1/2 c.)
1 1/2 tsp. Salt
3/4 tsp. Oregano
9 Lasagna Noodles
1 lb. Grated Mozzarella Cheese
1 container Dry Cottage Cheese
Parmesan Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the beef, garlic and onion. Strain grease. Add remaining ingredients other than noodles and cheeses. Simmer for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, cook Lasagna noodles. In a 9x13 pan, layer noodles, Parmesan cheese, 1/2 the meet mixture, 1/2 cottage cheese, 1/2 grated Mozzarella. Make another layer the same. Top with noodles and bake for 20 minutes at 350ºF.
