Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 1/2 cup Flour
1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. Salt
4 Eggs
1 tbsp. Cream
1 can of Chicken Broth

Directions:
Directions:
Sift dry ingredients into large mixing bowl. Make a well in center and add eggs and cream. Mix in with fork as much of the flour as you can. Turn out on floured pastry sheet. Knead in as much more flour as possible. Divide dough into 3 parts. Roll out very thin. (Takes a lot of rolling.) Let dry, some, not to the point they can not be rolled without breaking. Dust lightly with flour, roll and slice thin. Dust with flour, to prevent them sticking together, and dry completely. Makes enough noodles for 5-6 pound hen that has been cooked in water until meat falls off the bone. Remove hen from juice, debone and skin. Cut up chicken and add to broth and more water or a can of chicken broth. Gradually add the dried noodles and cook slowly until noodles are tender. Serve over mashed potatoes. After the noodles have dried, you can freeze in a freezer ziplock bag.
