1 chicken (4 pounds or about 2cups)
1 package spaghetti (8 ounces)
4 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 cup chopped bell pepper
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped onion
4 tablespoons cooking oil
Sharp cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken until tender. Remove chicken from broth, but keep the broth to cook the spaghetti. Cook the spaghetti adding salt to taste. Cook celery, onion, and bell pepper in oil until tender but not brown. Drain spaghetti, but do not wash.. Remove chicken from bones and chop. Mix all ingredients together. Put it casserole dish and top with sharp cheese. Place in preheated oven at 350º and cook until it bubbles (about 20-30 minutes)
