1 CUP ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
1 CUP SUGAR
1/2 CUP BUTTER SOFTENED
4 EGGS
1 1/2 CUPS (16OZ CAN) HERSHEY SYRUP

MINT CREAM CENTER:
2 CUPS POWDERED SUGAR
1/2 CUP BUTTER SOFTENED
1 TABLESPOON WATER
1/2 TEASPOON MINT EXTRACT
3 DROPS GREEN FOOD COLOR

CHOCOLATE TOPPING:
6 TABLESPOONS BUTTER
1 CUP SEMI SWEET CHOCOLATE CHIPS.

Directions:
Directions:
GREASE RECTANGULAR PAN 13 X 9. IN LARGE MIXER BOWL, COMBINE FLOUR, SUGAR, BUTTER, EGGS AND SYRUP. BEAT UNTIL SMOOTH. POUR INTO PREPARED PAN. BAKE 25 TO 30 MINUTES IN 350 DEGREE OVEN COOL IN PAN COMPLETELY.

MINT CREAM:
IN SMALL BOWL COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS, BEAT UNTIL SMOOTH

TOPPING:
IN SMALL SAUCEPAN OVER LOW HEAT. MELT BUTTER AND CHOCOLATE CHIPS REMOVE FROM HEAT, STIR UNTIL SMOOTH COOL SLIGHTLY.

CONSTRUCTION:
TAKE COOLED CAKE STILL IN PAN AND POUR MINT CREAM ON TOP OF CAKE AND SPREAD EVENLY. COVER AND CHILL.
POUR CHOCOLATE TOPPING OVER CHILLED DESSERT COVER AND CHILL FOR AT LEAST 1 HOUR. SERVE
