1 envelope Lipton Vegetable Recipe Soup Mix
1 pt. sour cream (16 oz.)
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1 pkg - 10 oz. frozen chopped spinach - thawed and squeezed dry
1 can water chestnuts (8 oz.) drained and chopped
Ritz crackers

Directions:
In medium bowl, blend Lipton soup mix, sour cream, mayonnaise and lemon juice. Stir in thawed and squeezed dry spinach and chestnuts. Chill. Serve with Ritz crackers. Makes about 3 cups of dip.
