2 cups sliced mushrooms
Small container whipping cream
Salt & pepper to taste

Melt butter in pan. Add mushrooms & saute till done. Add whipping cream & boil till thickened. Add salt & pepper.

This is soo yummy with steak!! Very rich & decadent. This recipe was given to me by a Ukrainian lady in Fort McMurray, Pauline Wonitoway. The first time I met her & husband Larry, they took me on a tour of their house & told me how much everything cost. Weird people!
