2 TABLESPOONS SUGAR
2 3OZ PACKAGES OF LADYFINGERS SPLIT
1 8OZ PACKAGE MASCARPONE CHEESE OR 8OZ CREAM CHEESE
1 1/2 CUPS POWDERED SUGAR DIVIDED
2 TABLESPOONS CHOCOLATE SYRUP
1/2 CUP SEMI-SWEET CHOCOLATE MORSELS
1 TABLESPOONS BUTTER
1 TABLESPOON WHIPPING CREAM

STIR TOGETHER HOT WATER, COFFEE AND SUGAR UNTIL ALL DISSOLVED. SET ASIDE 2 TABLESPOONS OF MIXTURE. BRUSH CUT SIDES OF LADYFINGERS EVENLY WITH REMAINING COFFEE MIXTURE.
STIR TOGETHER CHEESE, 1/2 CUP POWDERED SUGAR, AND CHOCOLATE SYRUP UNTIL BLENDED. SPOON CHEESE MIXTURE EVENLY ONTO 24 CUT SIDES OF LADYFINGER HALVES. TOP WITH REMAINING LADYFINGER HALVES CUT SIDES DOWN.
MICROWAVE CHOCOLATE MORSELS, BUTTER, AND CREAM ON HIGH FOR 30 SECONDS OR UNTIL MELTED. PLACE MIXTURE IN SMALL HEAVY DUTY ZIP TOP BAG. SEAL BAG AND SNIP HOLE IN ONE CORNER AND DRIZZLE OVER ÉCLAIRS LET STAND UNTIL FIRM.
STIR TOGETHER RESERVED COFFEE MIX AND REMAINING POWDERED SUGAR STIRRING UNTIL BLENDED. PLACE MIXTURE IN ZIP LOCK BAG AND CUT CORNER AND DRIZZLE ÉCLAIRS EVENLY
