1 1/3 cups warm water
2 tsps sugar
1 tbsp + 1 tsp yeast

2 cups warm water
2 1/2 tbsps oil
1 tbsp salt
Approx. 8 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Allow first 3 ingredients to work for 15 minutes. Add warm water, oil, salt. Add flour gradually till soft dough is formed. Not too tough but not sticky. Nice a pliable. Knead dough by hand for about 10 minutes if not using dough hook & mixe. Grease a bowl. Place dough in bowl & spread a tsp. of oil on top of dough and cover with damp cloth. Let rise till double in bulk approx. 1 1/2 hours. Punch down & divide in 3. Place in 3 greased loaf pans. Let rise till double again approx. 1 hour. Bake at 350º for 45 minutes.

Very good tasting white bread & easiest recipe I have found. This recipe was given to me by Barb Holba. It was passed down from her mother-in-law.
