Washed, unpeeled & sliced cucumbers
2 large onions, sliced
1-2 red pepper, cut into strips

Brine:
3-1/2 c. sugar
2-1/4 c. white vinegar
1-1/2 tsp. turmeric
1-1/2 tsp. celery seed
1-1/2 tsp. mustard seed
2-1/2 tsp. pickling salt

Directions:
Directions:
Fill a 1 gallon ice cream bucket with vegetables. Heat brine slightly & pour over vegetables. Stir or shake with lid on. Store in refrigerator. Ready in 1 week.
