2 strips pork back ribs (cut in small bite size pieces)
1 - 1 1/2 cups clamato (enough to coat ribs)
3 dashes tobasco
4 or 5 dashes worchester
1 tsp garlic powder
salt & pepper
1/4 tsp dry mustard
2 cups bread crumbs or so
More salt & garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Mix 6 ingredients & soak ribs in it for a couple of hours. Coat ribs with bread crumbs. Place on well greased cookie sheets. Sprinkle with salt & garlic powder before putting in oven. Go as heavy or as light as you would like depending on how garlicy you want them. Bake at 400º for about 50 minutes. Turn them over after first 25 minutes.
