2 CUPS BREAD FLOUR
1 PACKAGE ONION SOUP MIX
7 OZ WARM WATER

1 EGG AND TABLESPOON WATER BEATEN TOGETHER AS BREAD WASH

Directions:
ADD INGREDIENTS TO MACHINE IN ORDER LISTED ABOVE.
SET MACHINE TO DOUGH CYCLE. WHEN COMPLETE TURN DOUGH OUT ONTO FLOURED SURFACE AND LET REST FOR 10 MINUTES.
SHAPE INTO ROUND BALL COVER AND LET RISE. JUST BEFORE PUTTING IN OVEN SCORE TOP OF BREAD WITH SHARP KNIFE.
BAKE AT 350 FOR 30-35 MINUTES. WASH BREAD AT 5 MINUTE BAKE TIME. 15 MINUTES BAKE TIME AND 25 MINUTE BAKE TIME.
