5 CUPS FLOUR
1 CUP SUGAR AND 2 TABLESPOONS SUGAR
1 LB BUTTER
2 EGG YOLKS
MILK IF NECESSARY FOR CONSISTENCY

Directions:
USING HANDS MIX THE FIRST THREE INGREDIENTS. ADD THE EGG YOLKS AND IF THE DOUGH DOES NOT BIND TOGETHER ADD LITTLE MILK AT A TIME.
ROLL OUT DOUGH TO 1/4 THICKNESS AND CUT OUT 2 INCH ROUND OF DOUGH. DIVIDE CUT OUT EVENLY PLACE HALF ON UNGREASED COOKIE SHEET. WITH THE OTHER HALF USING A THIMBLE CUT HOLE IN CENTER OF COOKIE. PLACE THE COOKIE ONTOP OF COOKIE ON BAKING SHEET FILL HOLE WITH JELLY BAKE AT 325 DEGREES UNTIL LIGHTLY BROWNED TIME VARIES. POWDER SUGAR
