1 cup margarine or butter
3/4 cup onion diced small
1 1/2 cups celery diced small
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/8 - 1/4 tsp poultry seasoning (I use 1/8)
Approx. 12 cups bread crumbs (I use stale bread crumbled)

Saute onion & celery in butter until onion is cooked. Remove from heat & add seasonings & bread crumbs. Toss & stuff bird. This is enough stuffing for a 12-15 lb. turkey. If you have too much stuffing for bird just wrap remainder in foil & cook in oven for 1 hour or so.

You might have a tendency to want to put more poultry seasoning in. Doesn't seem like much. DON'T. Indigestion, indigestion, indigestion!
