1 box yellow vanilla cake mix (dry) 1 box instant vanilla pudding mix (dry) 1 cup oil ˝ cup milk 1 cup sour cream 4 eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla
Icing Ingredients:
3 cups confectioners’ sugar 1 cup butter 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 to 2 tablespoons whipping cream

Mix all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl. Cake batter will be thick. Fill cupcake tins about 2/3 of the way full. Bake at 350 degrees F for 15-18 minutes or until cupcakes are golden in color.
Icing Directions:
In a standing mixer fitted with a whisk, mix together sugar and butter. Mix on low speed until well blended and then increase speed to medium and beat for another 3 minutes.
Add vanilla and cream and continue to beat on medium speed for 1 minute more, adding more cream if needed for spreading consistency.
Wait for cupcakes to cool. Spread icing on top of cupcakes. Decorate with sprinkles.
